Collaborate with carriers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective solutions.
Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
Monitor and analyze transportation costs, seeking opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and customer accounts.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates on shipment status and addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer sales, logistics, or freight planning is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
