So with the security deposit I'm gonna have to do a background check on you if you have prior convictions.
If you can show me your own background check from a verifiable company, I will take off 100 dollars off the security deposit so $140.
If you fail the background check I will only return $40 of the deposit.
The private room is 12x12x7ft.
The room WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE END OF APRIL.

And you must show me your current employment ( No only fans, real jobs only) and you must make over 2600 a MONTH to afford this place comfortable.
I have had roommates who make less and just doesn't workout.
You must show me at least 2 months of stable income in your paystubs to now with valid ID.
So Rent is 450 as your down payment for the first month.
