Female Shorkie (Metter)

I have a female Merle shorkie she is an absolute amazing pet and I wouldn’t be rehoming her if I didn’t have to.
We are having to move and the new place doesn’t allow pets.
She’s almost a year old and is either coming in heat or going out.
She’s had her shots and has been wormed she is house,crate trained and loves to be with her person all the time.
