Walker Home Medical is accepting applications for customer service representatives at it's Statesboro, GA location.
Customer service representatives, or CSRs, provide customers with information about our products and services, assist them with product selection, and perform intake tasks such as verifying eligibility for insurance billing.
A good CSR has a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills and a desire to help others They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist customers on the phone and in person in our showroom.
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
* Follow company communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
* *Skills*
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
* Experience in a medical environment helpful.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Familiarity with computers and common business software
* Customer oriented and able to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* High school diploma or equivalent
