```Responsibilities``` - Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues - Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients - Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients - Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis for conducting legal research - Excellent negotiation skills to effectively represent clients' interests - Proficiency in legal drafting and writing to prepare accurate and persuasive legal documents - Ability to conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously - Experience in litigation to effectively represent clients in court proceedings.
Base salary plus bonuses.
